Laurie Buys is an excellent real estate agent. She has listed and sold 2 houses for me in the last 3 years. Both homes were empty so she staged them at no additional cost. She brought in tons of staging materials including rugs, paintings, bowls of fruit, baskets etc. She even hung towels and a shower curtain in the bath. She made both homes look fantastic. We had multiple offers on both homes within days. The first sale went smoothly, no problems... But the second home had issues that were discovered during the inspection. I was so afraid the sale would fall through. Laurie calmed my frayed nerves and handled the situation in a prompt professional manner. All sides were happy with the arranged compensation and the house closed in only 30 days. From start to finish, Laurie and her staff were absolutely wonderful.

We had a wonderful rental situation in Arbor Arbor and we were very casually looking for the perfect property for us at the right price point as first time home buyers in the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area. Laurie Buys helped us sell one home and purchase another. The process for [the house I was purchasing] was complicated, and required everything to break precisely right. That produced lots of worries and anxieties ... which meant Laurie functioned as much as a counselor and as a Realtor at key moments!
